sunday = rest day? NAH! With us, it was another day to TRAVEL! =) Up to North Vancouver again to catch the bus up to Lynn Canyon. Seriously, I really like North Vancouver. It's such a peaceful and genuinely nice place. Everyone's nice and smile-y and you just feel so comfortable there. =) I like. Lynn Canyon was equally beautiful. My pictures don't do it justice at all. Rice lake was just as lovely, especially with the soft rain and breeze. =) We took a really long ride to Richmond after that. It was great meeting Christine (finally) and finding a place to sing!! =) Not fantastically cheap, but at least they had updated songs (in both mandarin and cantonese!) CK has a REALLY nice voice. REALLY =) And we sang so many cantonese songs! Something I cant do back home, cos no one sings them with me. The night market was pretty good too... nothing fantastic, but at least they had nice food =) The bus ride home was punctuated with us trying to teach Joe the ways of being Singaporean. It was Singlish 101 and it was hilarious. I never in my life thought Singlish could be analysed the way Daniel did. haha =) The many facial expressions and hand gestures made it all the more endearing, as demonstrated by all the guys.. It was a good day. Luckily we decided to go on despite the initial rain. Life's good. =)
