*this post was written right after we came back from whistler on MONDAY. I dont know why i'm posting it only now. =) But i think there're be more to come... with current turn of events. =) Just enjoy the pictures.
WHISTLER!!!
Whistler - the trip was great, snowboarding rocks my socks off. We had so much fun we all didn't want to come home although we are bruised and in pain all over. I think all of us had problems even climbing out of bed properly this morning. I think i must have fallen ten thousand times in the last 3 days boarding, but it is still the coolest thing i've done. I'm so glad we made that last run although everyone was tired... we did so damn well. =) The pretty views, the coolest sport, the best company... I love Whistler!
This little trip also made me realise i actually have friends here. Seriously. You can have fair-weather friends, hi-bye friends and really good friends. Somehow or other, this little trip made me realise i actually really have a bunch of good friends always watching out for me, getting crazy with me (or making me crazy), never judging me and simply just being there with me. I dont really care if we're brought together by circumstances or fate or anything else because this bunch of people are seriously amazing. These crazy people (even the one that didnt come...haha) I'm talking about are currently in a league of their own. They rock. =)
I was so shocked when YX started giving out cards not cos i haven't gotten them before (trust you to have the audacity to think that way!), but cos i was really shocked that it was HIM giving it out. It's not about how many of those cards you get, but the meaning behind every single one and how much you treasure it. He made the effort to make trip more enjoyable for each and every one of us and that i really really appreciate. Luckily he's attached, if not I think there'll be a major cat-fight going on right now. =)
