the simplest decisions seem to be the hardest to make. Or am i just refusing to make them? urgh. i guess it's gonna be head over heart this time.

CK's big birthday surprise went pretty well thanks to the scheming YX and chris who devised an elaborate plan about some housewarming party yada yada... I think we never get sick of seeing one another. haha... staying over at chris' place was great fun. As usual, put girls together (regardless how many) and all we start doing is talking (bitching/gossiping). The only problem was me having to get up at 8.30 to row the next morning... =( But i enjoyed myself a lot that night, the bbq, the marshmallows, the glorious food (seriously, the first time at a BBQ when i really ATE) and most of all, the company. =) pictures on dan's blog...
I've come to realise one thing after a year of rowing. make sure you SLEEEEEEEEEP the night before and I'm talking about at least 8 hours of undisturbed and restful slumber. It was almost painful to row with anything less... especially on a day we switched back to the heavy SDBA paddles. Someone should burn those things AND screw pub for making us wear life jackets. SMELLY, disgusting, washed-once-in-ten-years life jackets. ewwwwwww. AND, it was terribly painful to row sat AND sun. haha... but what to do - I did enjoy myself and I am looking forward to the many races coming up... =)
was bored of circles thus the new (boring) template. tags, links and my darling moo-moo can be found all the way at the bottom. Obviously, I suck at html and whatnot. will change them once i find out how. =)

working in a big office is great fun. when i say big, i mean multi-million business, execuitives in nice suits jet-setting about everyday and lousy temps like me getting a decent laptop and a table. haha... not to mention very decent pay. =)
bangkok was lovely... a typical day would be - wake up about 8, breakfast till 9-ish, hit the shops till lunch, eat, hit the shops again, have snacks, shop, dinner, shop somemore... =) Will post photos when i upload. muhaha...

rowing again after 3 weeks is one word - shiok. and i was the only gal on the boat! where are u all my dear galfriends??... but rowing with guys is damn fun. they pia like mad and you get an incredible adrenaline rush just trying to keep up. =) and yes, i'm missing the ANOTHER race cos i'm heading to bangkok. haha... i hope i finally pariticpate in my first race in sept. please let nothing go wrong then. oh well... i have more rowing tmr, project C.A.N and dinner with team B... brilliant end to a packed weekend. but i also have to finish planning all my modules and finish my intern report. =S tired... but satisfied.

T.I.R.E.D... want to die... internship officially ended today and i must say i've learnt the most important lesson of the whole experience TODAY. sometimes reality is harder to accept than u think. It took me a loooong ride on the mrt and a really good friend to knock some sense into me. SO what can i say? I'm glad i realised it now. now is good. at least it means i can change, now is good.
and for people who thought i'll be slacking now that i'm not intern-ing anymore, you're wrong. EVEN ME, I, MYSELF, was taken aback by all the nonsense i've managed to fill my calendar with. I found a temp job till the end of e month, am heading to bangkok next week, have the S2006 training, have loads of dragonboating =) and have weird school stuff that i dun really remember signing up for. and that is why i've been sighing the last hour. i'm gonna miss selena vera hey's 22nd celebrations cos of these weird school stuff. urgh. cant NOT attend the briefing, cant find someone to take my place last minute. urgh. die die die la... how?

okie okie... loooong overdue post. my life has been relatively uninteresting the last few weeks, thus explaining the lack of updates. what to write when nothing is happening? =P tmr is the last day of my internship. i'm heading to bangkok next week. training is gonna be on sat AND sun now. i have too many activities lined up for the 5 free days i have before my little trip to bangkok. I want to blade again, want to salsa again, want to row again. i'm feeling a teeeee-weeeeeny bit apprehensive though cos i havent touched my paddle for 3 weeks and my team is going into "war preparation" mode. =) (dan is trying to write an entry in chinese... and he's asking me so many chinese words i cant remember. sorry xie lao shi. haha) mrbrown is suspended from TODAY. I want to change my template!! sigh...
