forbidden city was worth every dollar. i was contented just looking at the amazing sets and props. and yes, i was there for kit chan and boy is she gooood. Her voice is still amazing despite this being the last week of the run already. =) *melts* Dick Lee is a genius anyway, like we all didnt know that already. It was a great production and it reminded me why I fell in love with theatre in the first place. i love how fleeting the moment is on stage and how the show goes on regardless of anything that may go wrong. I miss the teamwork, the running-around, the coordination needed, the blood, sweat and tears everyone puts in. i almost forgot. I think i have to get back to it soon...

Dinner with the gals was great too, especially since we had such exciting dinner topics. It was a bloody good night. Just like last night at the Idol finals with the team B gals. i DO NOT watch Idol, but i am happy hady won. muhahaha =)

If only i had just one day to sort myself out and finish all the things i need to do. I'll be so happy. haha... not like i'm unhappy now. I'm just choke-full with work... haha... then again, u wouldn't be able to tell just reading this, would u? =)

i feel i can do anything now. anything. =) we didnt win, but we make a hell of a splash today. And you wont know how proud I am of each and everyone of you. we've learnt sth from the races today and we'll use them to our advantage the next time. As long as we stay as one, we'll go further than we've ever thought possible. like today =) i do love u all...

marketing presentation went well today. I think the lecturer liked our business concept pretty much. It was just interesting to note how the word "homosexuals" created such a big discussion during our Q&A. It spiraled way way way out of proportions and we never meant for it to be that way. Oh well, at least the class gave us some very valuable input and we'll work on it. This is actually turning out to be sth i'm enjoying a lot =)

Was at the esplanade the whole night as well for the official cultural event for the IMF delegates. Other than standing in my heels for 5 hrs (don't make me do it again, i'll kill someone i swear), sweating like mad cos it was scorching in the afternoon and not knowing what we had to do half the time, I had a lot of fun. It was very nice seeing how they enjoyed the program, how I got the chance to talk to other students in other hotels and just meet more people in general. The fireworks were a complete bonus though. they were lovely. period. almost as nice as the french display that ended off the fireworks festival this yr, only much shorter.

It was a good day, until I got home and checked my to-do list and emails. I need more time... i have lousy time management remember =P

The race is coming up soon and I'm all geared up (even though I'm only hitting the drum). I'm extremely excited cos i believe in the guys and the team. I believe all the hard work will pay off and I trust we will create a splash over the weekend. bring it on!

Happy 23rd Daniel Tan the cok! =) The celebration was lovely tonight, almost too smooth-sailing. Selena and I were sooo happy the whole night. hahaha... i love team B. We can sit, talk and be perfectly satisfied. Luckily dan likes the scrapbook. Please zap for all of us k. It really holds many many memories from the good old days...
Extremely busy with school and rowing since the last time i blogged. The next 2 weeks will only get more busy with the IMF meetings. Let's hope I meet exciting people and move one step closer to my hotel management dream. =) Sava sprints coming up on 23rd/24th. I really hope the guys do well. I think we have all been training long and hard for our first official race. =) Please also hope I dun fall off the drummer's seat. haha =)
