i don't think i'll ever have kids, just because i think i'll never be capable of giving endless and selfless love and support, or facing the constant nonsense that my kids will throw me if they don't let me in on things just cos they feel I wont understand or if they do not see that my point of view always stems from the best of their interests.

it's seriously too tough and i almost apologize for being such a lousy kid. bleagh.

yesterday was a fantastic day. Although i only had 2 hours of snooze time the night before (cos being a brat, I refused to start on my essay till it was too late), it was really great seeing everyone again for breakfast. Breakfast, like a new day, brings new hopes, new motivations and new adventures. Hopefully these new adventures will materialize. =)

FINALLY bought my runners after our 3-hour breakfast session. I love queensway, and i love my shoes. Let's hope i really put it to very good use soon ya. Eh... mdm, remember your date with my shoes k. =)

it was time then to welcome home a very irritating friend who just flew back from aussieland and whisk him away for a all-nighter mahjong session. haha. but quite seriously, we do miss your company la. =p to cut the very long story short, i was bankrupted within 2.5 rounds so my very nice friends decided to each sponsor me abit first. I swear their additional capital brought a lot of luck as well cos all of a sudden the tiles were finally listening to me! and of course there was that one game when someone had to bao my zi-mo 5 tai =). but i conclude i'm still a lousy mahjong player... i think i just enjoy the company, the banter and the music. =)

well then, i got home in the morning and promptly crashed for 8 hours. i love waking up at 5pm. =)

i never thought i'd be one to admit this, but i can memorize the entire lyrics of this song despite not having heard it for the last 2 or 3 years at least. i'm such a closet boyband fan. muhaha

on another note, it's amazing when someone understands you this well. when she can speak your mind and make you admit to things you dont want to think about. no wonder she can say "你是我生的!" =)

i was almost thankful to be able to clean off that layer of dust on my piece of wood and let it catch some sun again today. I know it was just a normal session for everyone, but i felt alot more. It's the same case of how you never learn to cherish something until you lose it. It will not be a regular thingy but to catch the waves once in a while... should be more than what i hope for =)

not enough time! meeting team b was fantastic today, even though i barely stayed an hour. happy birthday mari! and i promise to turn up for outings before ck translates his threats into actions =) it was nice just talking and updating one another. again again! soon soon soon!

dinner was great as usual. i think we need to experiment with blackjack and mahjong next time =)

tonight just proved ordinary-everyday events can be made extraordinary if you're with the right company. i had that twice tonight. heh =)
